On March 6, 2020, the Chinese government aimed to limit the VOC (volatile organic compound) content of chemicals such as paints, adhesives, inks and cleaning agents as a measure against air pollution. It is a regulation.
・For chemicals such as paints, adhesives, cleaning agents, and inks produced in China or imported from overseas to China, those exceeding the VOC content limit value stipulated in the GB standard (compulsory standard) (see Table 1 China VOC) , Production in China, import from overseas is prohibited.
・ Enforcement will start from December 1, 2020, and demands are increasing. (Ink only enforced from April 2021)
