Why is the board hole for the wider leg of MF contact A smaller than the board hole for the narrower leg of MF contact A, in case of FX18 series header and receptacle?

The hole size is reduced to stabilize the connector to PCB and prevent connector
from mis-position and rotation during mounting process.
