The difference is sealing resin.
HIF3CA-**PA-2.54DSA(63) : Without sealing resin, our standard product
HIF3CA-**PA-2.54DSA(91) : Sealing resin is applied between insulator and contacts at the board side for flux wicking protection.
** stands for number of contacts.
